FAQS

What is the minimum order quanity (MOQ) you can produce?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100pcs per style/colour. However this can vary due to the type of product and where it is being produced.

What are your leadtimes for sampling and production?

This is a difficult question to answer as there are alot of factors involved with each individual production to take into account such as factory capacity, fabric/trim availability, how many units are being produced, where it is being produced and how many sampling stages to take into account - just to name a few! Sampling leadtimes can generally be expected to be around 2-5 weeks, and production leadtimes can be excpected to be anywhere around 6-12 weeks - again these times are not set in stone - for a better idea of leadtimes just contact us to discuss.

Where are do you source materials and are they sustainable?

We source our materials from all over the world, but depending on where the final production will be made we will try to source materials from the same country to keep down delivery times, delivery costs and of course carbon footprint. We aim to make sure all materials sourced are as sustainable, recycled and ethical as possible.

Can you offer fabric printing services?

Yes, we work with multiple suppliers and manufacturers who can print your designs onto most fabric bases using many different printing techniques such as digital, screen, sublimation, foil, etc.

Where are you based?

We are based in London, UK. But our manufacturing locations are - UK, Italy, Portugal, Turkey, Macedonia, Poland and China.

Are there any products you can't produce?

In short - NO. We pride ourselves in being able to assist our clients wherever possible. We have had requests from our clients such as branded phone cases, doormats, umbrellas, etc that we wouldn't class as our usual product base - but using our extensive network of suppliers we are happy to help our clients wherever possible and we love the challange. However if we dont think we can find a quality manufacturer for a product we will let you know straight away if it isnt possible.

What are your payment terms?

It depends on what services you require but generally for the first year we require: Design / Development - 50% in advance with the balance settled upon completion Production - 70% in advance with the balance settled upon completion (before delivery) Fabric/trims - 100% in advance After the first year we can then negotiate the payment terms once a relationship has been established .

How much do samples cost?

Generally samples cost around x3 the quoted production cost - for example if we quote a tshirt at £10 then the sample cost would be £30. If you are wanting a toile made locally before sending to a manufacturer (to ensure the pattern is corrrect), we can get this made locally by one of our seamstresses at an hourly rate of £50 per hour. If a production order is placed with us we include the cost of the final pre-production samples in the final production costs.

Do I need to use all the services mentioned?

No, you can choose which services you think you need. Some clients only require us to manage the production process, so they will supply us with all materials which we then forward to the manufacturer and manage the final production. Other clients only require us to source materials for them such as branded snaps, zippers, embroidery patches, customised sequin fabric, cupchain etc. Feel free to contact us if you want to discuss which services could work for you.
